The workplace is much more than seeing and designing a building physically. It is about the users and tenants experience with the building and also giving support to the operational aspects of a building.

Historically the workplace is designed and optimized from the outside in. We need to rethink this, so that users also can directly influence their workplace from the inside out.

In both cases we must understand that there are no generic 1-size users. Culture and goals in an organization are dynamic and organic. Therefore, our goal is to continuously understand the hybrid workplace, to understand its users and let them interact as much as possible.
